I chased the SNCF and they have conflicting info on their website. Anyways,
they sent me this answer which shows they do have an overnight train via
Toulon on the date I am looking for:

"We inform you that we do not reproduce this technical matters as you can
see in the attached files, these two trains (TGV n° 9834 departure 20h47 of
Aix en Provence) and (Corail Lunea 5770 departure22h56 of Toulon ) are not
fully booked for the moment."

So we will probably take this one.

SNCF提醒你妳要的車種，要先搭車去Toulon，這樣反而更往南部去了，似乎越來越遠了，我想這類型的列車行駛路線不同於TGV，我查詢了SNCF的網站後，確實有這班車，這類車子繞遠路，只停特定的一些車站。抵達巴黎的 PARIS AUSTERLITZ抵達巴黎的這車站應該都是屬於來自於大西洋岸的火車，因此可以確認車子跑很遠，就連Avignon也不經過 ，表示他經過法國中部開往北部的火車。
Corail Lunea 他們的網站如下；

這個車種是想去滑雪的年輕人設計的夜車臥鋪型車廂，只有原本是冬天開車，我在論壇裡看到不少法國人也搞不清楚Corail Toez 與 Corail Lunea有什麼不同，你若想搭這樣的車，我可以去在查詢看看。
